Twitter too, recorded more than 200 million active users and Pinterest recorded more than 70 million users.
People nowadays use social media to communicate with each other, to do their daily activities and do some online shopping. The increasing use of social media actually gives impact to many eCommerce industry as many people love to do online shopping as it is convenient and can save your time.

They can increase their sales as these social media offers free advertising and the premium one. Sales can be boost and thus they can try the premium version to upgrade their sales.

Social media also gives impacts on warehousing and order fulfillment. If you launch a contest through online, for sure you need to have warehouse in order to handle the results accurately, without any mistakes. Contest that go through social media can attract people more than expected, so it is very crucial to make sure the plan are going smoothly.
Business prefer shipping orders that are fast, quick and reliable that are proven by other companies. Company must improve their services so that no negative comments will be posted in social media and makes the potential customers decrease.
